The "Twirling Titans" are a group representing tenacity, skill, and honor. Auditions are held to select young ladies for this prestigious team, with membership open to students in grades 8th-12th. A minimum 2.5 grade-point average is required to audition for the Flag team.

Applicants must be able to twirl two (2) swing sized flags, and previous experience is highly recommended. New members of the "Twirling Titans" start practicing in the summer. The team rehearses with the marching band and has additional practice sessions as needed. The "Twirling Titans" perform in parades, field shows, competitions, and community events as a highlight unit within the CPAA Marching Band. They also take part in various community outreach activities.
